Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Personalised & Custom Items Custom-printed products (mugs, t-shirts, phone cases, pillow covers) require an additional 2–4 business days for production before shipping. Total delivery time for custom items is typically 7–14 business days from order date.

Tracking Your Order All shipments include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us, as carrier delays occasionally occur. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@snuggycats.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Important Note SnuggyCats is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, customs processing (for international orders), or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
